I was at the office having a meeting with one of AGM’s international media buyers and I discovered a disturbing fact.
The client we were discussing was only interested in getting leads from Facebook, which is important, but that’s when the disturbing fact came to light.
I ask
“So, what happens after someone becomes a lead?”
“What is the client doing then?”
It turns out they weren’t really doing anything beyond maybe calling the lead.
I was floored!
A business cannot operate without a well-designed follow-up system.
Getting a lead is just the beginning of the relationship, now you’ve got to email them, text them, call them, send them direct messages, etc.
And once the lead becomes a customer, keep treating them like a lead.
Because when a person trusts you enough to give you their hard-earned money they are much more likely to give you more.
Unless you drop the ball on the delivery of your product or service.
As I stated above,
You must have a well-designed follow system to keep your business healthy and growing.
And you can either learn how to do it yourself or you can hire an agency like AGM to help you build it.
Either way, it needs to get done.
One of our favorite tools for follow-up is ManyChat.
It connects multiple worlds together such as email, text, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, and even WhatsApp.
And we just happen to have an entire training category inside the AGM Ninja Lab devoted to it called ManyChat Mastery.
This training could allow you to grow your customer base, make more offers – which leads to more sales, and serve your ideal customers exactly what they want and need.
Oh, and since you’ll collect customer information directly from social media you can effectively bypass all the Apple iOS 14.5 issues.
Since 2018, using follow-up systems has generated hundreds of thousands of leads and tens of millions of dollars for AGM and our clients.
If you’re interested in getting started reaching more customers, making more money, and helping more people I highly recommend you get involved in the AGM Ninja Lab if you’re not already.
