The Building Is on Fire: Your Six-Month AI Window
I had a five-year window to dominate Facebook ads. You do not get five years with AI. Here is why I believe the window is six months, and exactly what I am doing with mine.

The Week I Lost a Team Member That Wasn't Human
The building is on fire and everybody is trying to take as much as possible from it. And at some point, it is going to be late in the game. That is the whole message of this episode, so let me start with a story that proves it.
Recently, over the span of a week, I lost this thing called Fable 5. And it felt like losing a very valuable member of my team. The way I experienced it, the model went from Claude 4.8 to 5, Fable 5, and then it got pulled back. The version of events I heard is that the government did not want it out there, and 72 hours after it launched, it was shut down. Take that story for what it is, my recollection of a wild week. But here is the part that matters: I went crazy using it for three days. Crazy. My first dashboards were unreal. And then we were back to 4.8.
Now, 4.8 is amazing. But let me tell you something. Not better than Codex. Codex was released as GPT 5.5, and it is out of this world insane. So whatever apps you can build, whatever websites you want to build, whatever strategies you want to roll out, I recommend you try them both. I have both of them running actively all day long. Gmail integrated on both. Both working on my computer. I have a setup with three computers here, all working, all in communication, because I want a thousand things happening at once.
You don't have a 5-year window with AI. You have a 6-month window at most to plant your flag.
Why You Get Six Months, Not Five Years
Just like at some point Facebook was late in the game, just like at some point Amazon was late in the game, at some point it is going to be late in the AI game. And I am not kidding: it is going to happen faster this time.
I had a five-year Facebook ads window to crush it and dominate. You do not have a five-year window with AI. You do not. You have a six-month window, at most, to really plant your flag and get more production than anybody else out there. Not a little more. A thousand times more. That is the actual size of the leverage sitting in front of you right now.
Proof: A Brand-New Brand Ranking in the New Era of Search
Case in point. I have a brand-new brand. It is called Better Dog Supplements by Cesar Millan. Brand new, launched in the last few months. I integrated a tool called ranked.ai. It costs peanuts, and it is built for the new era of SEO.
And make no mistake, it is a new era. AI is going to be your search engine. The links are not important anymore. Ranking on Google is not the same game it was. It changed, and it changed fast. People are going to find you through AI search. If you search for natural dog supplements today, AI is going to talk to you a little bit about us.
Despite having a brand-new brand, I am now visible in the first few pages of search results without massive effort, because of the era of AI. Page three already, for a brand we just launched. You want to talk about practicality? It does not get more practical than this. And no, I did not just get lucky. You have to get things done. You have to optimize for AI. You have to get the content machine rolling. You have to get all these things in place, because the next six months are going to be crucial.
The Setup: Plugins, MCP, and a Computer That Never Sleeps
So how do you actually get your feet wet? Use the plugins. Use the data analytics. Use computer use. And if you do not understand something, do not email me. Ask ChatGPT. Ask AI. Get Codex, get Claude, and use these tools to teach you the tools. On Claude, there is a slightly different way to set things up: you go to settings, then profile, and you will find the options to connect your connections and plugins so the tool actually becomes valuable to you.
Last week we published a video on MCP servers, model context protocol. It has been a very vital part of my success recently in scaling advertising and acquiring the data I need to take actionable steps. The future of all these technologies is everything in one single place: ClickUp, Slack, your GoHighLevel, your CRMs, your Excel, your Google, your Gmail. All of it in one place, and you communicate with all of it from one place. MCP is the thing that brings it all together.
Two practical things to keep in mind. First, if you want Codex or Claude Code working for you, the computer has to be on all the time, otherwise it stops working. Set it up once, set it up correctly, and keep that machine running. Second, when I leave my house or my office, I use Dispatch to continue my Claude conversations from my phone. If you do not use Dispatch or Codex on your phone, the work stalls, because every couple of minutes the agent may need you to approve the next step. Approve or deny at whatever level makes you feel comfortable, but stay connected to it.
Buy Back Your Hours: The Four-Hour Task That Took Five Minutes
Here is a simple workflow that shows what all of this is really buying you. I found a video on YouTube that was about half an hour long. Half an hour in today's world is very, very important. It is a lot of money for me. So I went to Gemini and said, give me the entire transcript of this video, because I know it is full of great stuff and I do not want to sit and watch the whole thing right now. It gave me the whole transcript directly, no extra tools.
I copied that into ChatGPT and said, give me a summary of all the takeaways. You know what I do, you know who I am, you know what my brands are. Tell me exactly how I can implement this on my brands right now. It gave me the full summary. Then I said, help me draft an email for my team so they can implement all of this, with action steps, projects, and programs. What would have taken me maybe four hours took five minutes.
That is the real prize here. You are buying yourself your most important asset: your time. Your competition has the same amount of hours in the day as you do, so on raw hours they can outwork you. But if you make your hours five times more effective, it is going to be very hard to beat you. I am not an AI expert. I am an opportunity expert. That is my obsession, and it should be yours too. The building is on fire. Go take what is yours before it is late in the game.
