AGM — Attention Grabbing Media

Manuel Suarez · The philosophy behind the work

Marketing Magic, put to work.

AI changes how quickly we can build. It does not replace the need for a useful message, the right audience, a clear offer, and a relationship worth keeping. Manuel Suarez's Marketing Magic connects those jobs into a complete marketing system.

The framework and stories below are adapted from the book. The service applications are AGM's current interpretation, not quotations or promised results.

The five pillars

Attention is the beginning. Connect it to what happens next.

01 · Content

Make the message worth someone's time.

Marketing Magic, pp. 37–47, 57–58

Start with the expertise, perspective, or useful answer your business can genuinely give. Production serves that message—not the other way around.

How we apply it

Turn your team's knowledge into clear videos, articles, product explanations, and creative assets. Use AI to support the work; keep humans responsible for the facts and the voice.

What can we help your customer understand or do before asking for the sale?

02 · Marketing

Put the message in front of the right people.

Marketing Magic, pp. 21–22, 51–58

A useful message still needs distribution. Learn from the response, then put more support behind what resonates with the intended audience.

How we apply it

Coordinate organic publishing, paid campaigns, and marketplace advertising around customer intent. Test the message and the audience instead of treating more impressions as the finish line.

Where are the people we can help, and what is their response telling us?

03 · Lead Generation

Earn permission to continue the conversation.

Marketing Magic, pp. 57–62

An audience is not the same thing as a relationship. Offer a useful next step so interested people can choose to hear from you again.

How we apply it

Connect landing pages, forms, and CRM follow-up with clear consent and a relevant offer. Amazon customer information stays within Amazon's permitted uses; it is not an off-platform mailing list.

What is the next useful step, and do we have permission to follow up?

04 · Sales

Make the next decision clear.

Marketing Magic, pp. 57–59

Attention alone does not complete the transaction. The offer, explanation, buying experience, and human conversation have to work together.

How we apply it

Align product listings, stores, funnels, and AI-assisted conversations with an offer people can understand. Measure qualified conversations and purchases alongside traffic.

What is preventing an interested person from making an informed decision?

05 · Nurture

Keep being useful after the first interaction.

Marketing Magic, pp. 57–62

Continue the relationship with relevant education and care. The work does not end when a person joins a list or makes a purchase.

How we apply it

Build permission-based follow-up, helpful customer communication, and a learning loop from the questions people ask. Respect opt-outs and the rules of every channel.

What would help this person next—not just what would we like to sell next?

Principles that survive the next platform

Better tools. The same responsibility.

Start with the useful difference.

Before choosing channels or software, identify what the business does exceptionally well and why that matters to a customer. In the book, Manuel calls this your Superpower.

Marketing Magic, pp. 21–24

One strong idea can travel.

A useful long-form lesson can become a focused clip, an article, an email, or a product explanation. Adapt it to the format and audience; do not multiply content just to fill a calendar.

Marketing Magic, pp. 45–47

Walk the customer's path.

Manuel's Walk the Line principle means checking the experience from the customer's point of view. We apply it to the message, the link, the form, the handoff, and what happens afterward.

Marketing Magic, pp. 96–98

Set expectations. Communicate. Be accountable.

Define the work before it starts, explain what is happening, and evaluate the outcome. AI can accelerate the process; it does not remove human responsibility.

Marketing Magic, pp. 127–134

Lessons from the book

The philosophy came from doing the work.

A brand before a listing.

In Marketing Magic, Manuel recalls helping turn unbranded bed sheets into a distinct brand and bringing them to Amazon. The lesson is bigger than opening a seller account: give the product a clear identity, explain its value, and do the work of bringing it to market.

Amazon establishment and management

A product you love still has to make sense.

Manuel also describes letting go of a bamboo-bed-sheet product he liked because it kept losing money. The operating lesson: look at product economics, not just attachment to an idea or a rising sales chart.

Useful beats perfect as a starting point.

The book recounts recording a training course with a camera, a microphone, and a green bedsheet as the backdrop. Start with something worth teaching; improve the production as the work develops.
