This site is operated by Attention Grabbing Media® (AGM), Largo, Florida. Attention Grabbing Media® is a registered trademark; the names, logos, photography, video, and written lessons on this site belong to AGM or are used with permission, and may not be reused without written consent.

What this site is — and is not

The content on this site, including the Wisdom Library and every number on the results pages, is information about how AGM operates and what it has done, published with dates. It is not a contract, a quote, or professional advice for your specific situation.

The only engagement terms that bind AGM are the ones in a written agreement signed by both sides. Guarantees described on this site apply as defined in that written agreement, with the eligibility, baseline, exclusions, and remedy stated there in plain English.

Pricing

The only published price on this site is the $3,000 Game Plan. Every other engagement is custom-quoted in writing. Nothing on this site is an offer that can be accepted without a written agreement.

The AI surfaces

Ask AGM and the Wisdom GPT generate answers with AI from AGM's approved, published record. They are grounded to that record and designed to say so when they don't know — but they are conversational tools, not advisors, and their answers are not promises, quotes, or professional advice.

Don't use the chat to send confidential information, and don't attempt to abuse, overload, or manipulate it. We rate-limit and may block abusive traffic.

The Sample Game Plan

The sanitized sample plan published on this site shows the shape of the deliverable. Cost figures inside it labeled as own-developer estimates are exactly that — estimates for building with your own team. They are not AGM quotes and not offers.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AGM is not liable for decisions made in reliance on site content or AI answers outside a written agreement. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid AGM in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes belong to the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

Changes

If these terms change, the effective date below changes with them. Material changes get a visible note, not a silent edit — that is how we do everything here.
