Manuel Suarez is the founder and CEO of Attention Grabbing Media — AGM — a marketing agency in Largo, Florida that operates in English and Spanish with a team of roughly 100 specialists. For close to a decade, his message to business owners has not changed: attention is the most valuable asset in the world, and the businesses that learn to grab it — ethically, consistently, at scale — win.

The conviction comes from lived history, and the history starts before the agency. In 2007 he co-founded the family health company behind NaturalSlim with his father, Frank Suarez. In March 2012 its education channel, MetabolismoTV, uploaded its first video — and then posted roughly two hundred more for a year with almost no one watching. The flywheel caught anyway: the channel went on to pass a billion views on YouTube alone, without paid advertising behind it, and the company grew into a nine-figure-a-year health company with 52 million followers internationally — the most-followed Latin American brand in the United States, by his own account.

That machine became the blueprint AGM runs for clients: owned audiences, relentless testing, and content quality that survives the scroll — a multi-language audience system that posted 22,000,000 YouTube views in a single month as recently as February 2026.

The agency itself began with one piece of advice. In 2016, Gary Vaynerchuk told him to go all in on Facebook — every dollar and every hour he could find. Manuel did, and founded AGM the same year. By 2018 the teaching arm was proof of the doctrine — his Facebook Masters course sold millions of dollars in 2018 — and the agency went on to earn the ClickFunnels Two Comma Club award, be named a Top Performing Agency by ManyChat, become an Inc. 5000 honoree in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024, and work with names like Nancy Cartwright, Daymond John, Jason Fladlien, Tom Cummins, and Cesar Millan, whose Better Dog Supplements brand Manuel leads today.

The arc has been the same every time: see the wave early, build the audience, build the brand on the audience's back. He did it with social media. When AI arrived, he made the decision most agency owners are still avoiding and did it again — rebuilding his own company first. Not a chatbot bolted to a pitch deck — a working rebuild. Two grounded, zero-hallucination AI sales agents went live in production within one week of each other in July 2026, at metabolismo.com and betterdogsupplements.com, and both are public URLs anyone can test. Daily AI briefs replaced status meetings. Reporting learned to repair itself. His law for the whole transition: we didn't replace humans with AI — we replaced humans with humans who use AI.

Today Manuel splits his time between running AGM, leading his own brands, and teaching the transition — including the AI Transformation portal at transformation.agmagency.com, where 275 business owners and operators are training as of July 2026. His position on the AI revolution is the same as his position on attention was a decade ago: this is the greatest marketing revolution the world has ever seen, and the businesses that move first won't just survive it — they'll own their categories because of it.
