How I Create 5X More Content with AI, and It's Still 100% Me

AI can multiply your content output without replacing your voice. Here is the exact system I use, mega prompt included, to turn my ideas, my books, and my channel into daily AI-generated videos that are still me.

My Content, Not AI's Content

I want to tell you how I'm using AI right now to get my content spread far and wide. Here's the key word: my content. Not AI's content. My content.

I've been creating content for many years. I've been on camera for somewhere around 10 years doing seminars and webinars. I wrote Marketing Magic. I run a company with around 250 staff, and I write policies and procedures day in and day out. Content is many things. It's education, inspiration, motivation, entertainment. All of that is content.

And we've always had the same problem. How do you make more content? How do you multiply yourself? How do you create quality of content by doing quantity of content? Because that's how the game is won right now. If you can somehow dump your mind into AI and have AI help you produce quality content in quantity, you have an opportunity to grow and scale your purpose, your mission, your brand, your products and services. That's what it's all about.

You Cannot Slow This Down

We are in the middle of a revolution. 2026 is here, and I can tell you this is only going to get better. You cannot slow it down. You know how the saying goes: if you can't beat them, join them. Anybody that doesn't leverage AI right now will inevitably get left behind.

So here's my setup. I'm working inside one chat. I use ChatGPT, but you can use whatever you want. These are all incredible tools, and they all have their pros and cons. A day does not go by that I'm not in conversation with it, letting it know everything that's on my mind, so I have a thinking partner.

That matters, because it knows a lot about me. It knows what I think, what I like, what I don't like, how I think about marketing, how I do business, how I handle people, how I run my businesses. Because it knows so much about me, and because I feed it so much, I can ask it to help me produce videos generated by AI that are still built on my mind.

The First Ask: Scripts Built on Me

The tool I'm using to produce the videos is Sora, from OpenAI. It's invite only right now, but it's the number one app in the App Store as I record this, and it's just getting started. OpenAI means business.

So I asked my AI to help me put together scripts based on me, my content, my education, my principles, my values. I told it: use my book as inspiration, use my YouTube channel for inspiration too. My idea is to give people enormous value on the subjects I'm good at, in short, actionable, practical clips. Start by giving me three amazing prompts I can use to make videos on Sora.

I told it I want to create four or five of these per day. Creating four or five videos a day used to be difficult, right? Not anymore. I asked for different angles, different concepts, different backgrounds, big hooks at the beginning, and to take advantage of Sora's video length limit, which right now is 10 seconds.

The first script it gave me was called Attention Is the Currency. The prompt told Sora to open close-up on my face, high energy, with the hook: attention is the new oil and I'm going to show you how to drill it. Then a wide angle of me walking, explaining in simple practical terms how brands convert attention into leads, sales, and revenue. And a punch at the end: if you don't own attention, you don't own the future. Pretty good script, right? The first ones came back too long, so I told it to cut them down because I wasn't able to finish my thought in the video. Iterate. That's the game.

The Mega Prompt You Can Steal

Then I took it to the next level with what I call a mega prompt. This is something you can replicate yourself. I said: from now on, I need you to act like a Sora video creation expert. Now I'm bringing in my own expert on the subject.

You're going to put together amazing, advanced, super professional, attention-grabbing prompts I can use to create videos on the Sora app. Every single prompt should produce value based on Manuel Suarez's content, books, resources, channels, and the world of Manuel Suarez, plus all your conversations with Manuel over the last couple of years. Hundreds if not thousands of conversations. I don't want them to be just fun. I want them to be valuable, so that somebody watching a 10-second video gets something they can apply right away to their business, their marketing, their life.

Be as specific and engaging as possible. Great hook in the first two seconds, then deliver value in under 10 seconds, every single video. And always emphasize it should be with the likeness and voice of Manuel Suarez himself and his own cameo. That's the term Sora uses for the avatar. When you start your Sora account, you click one button, it opens the camera, and in five seconds you've created your own cameo.

Then I pushed further. I said: do deep research and tell me what creators are including to make Sora videos do well. It went into Reddit, into YouTube, all over the place. Then I said: apply everything you learned from that research into our next series of prompts. Now every script is built on my mind, my content, my ideas, backed by research on what's actually working. Production on steroids. But it's still me. I'm not doing somebody else's content.

From Prompt to Published in Minutes

Here's the actual workflow inside Sora. I click the plus sign, I tag myself because I want to be the cameo, I copy the script from my chat, paste it in, and send. As simple as that, it goes into production. Two or three minutes later, the video is done.

For one of them, I took a picture of my studio, the whiteboard and everything, uploaded the image, gave it the script, and it produced a video of me in that exact environment saying: in just a year, AI content will blur with reality, and if you can't speak AI's language, its scripts, prompts, and structure, you'll become invisible. Pretty incredible, right?

You will need to adjust. The voice came out with a little bit of an accent, like I sound Mexican even though I'm from Puerto Rico. Sometimes it made me look a little chubby, and I'm not chubby. So I communicated with it and got it to make me more like the way I actually am. You direct it like you'd direct any production.

Multiply Yourself, Ethically

One video a day doesn't feel like much. But one a day for a year is 365 chances to compound attention. Now imagine four or five a day, every one of them carrying your ideas, your voice, your face, your education. That's how I take my legacy and expand it.

Maybe you're wondering if this video is even me. Maybe it's all AI and it's all fake. No, this one is actually me. But that's the point: the line is blurring fast, and you need to master the skill of communicating with AI to generate the highest quality content for these platforms.

One last thing. Create content with AI ethically. Don't be one of those sleazy people out there who don't understand morality. Use it ethically to multiply yourself, produce more value and more content, and start taking advantage of the greatest opportunity this world has ever seen to distribute a message.
