How the Top 1% Use ChatGPT Agents to 10x Their Productivity

AI agents are humans-on-demand that work under your direction. Here is exactly how I use ChatGPT agent mode to optimize social profiles, find influencers, and get weeks of work done in 25 minutes.

Agents Are the Real Power Move

One of the greatest things I'm doing right now is leveraging the power of this thing called an agent. An agent is basically AI working for you, under your direction. I've had people working with me for a long time. My first employee goes back to maybe 2010 or 2011 with my company NaturalSlim. In 2014 I started hiring virtual assistants. Humans are essential, and they're essential because they get work done. But how about if you can hire humans who know how to use AI? That's the real power, and that's where you get real growth.

AI is being more broadly applied across the game of marketing and business every single day. But I can tell you that only 1% of us are using it to create more success. Most people are using AI to have fun. I'm using it intelligently and efficiently so I can get production done. Just like those who became content creators instead of content consumers won the last era, you need to become the 1% using AI to massively multiply your efforts.

The work that I get done would have taken a human weeks to get done.

Use Case One: Let an Agent Audit Your Social Profiles

One of the first things you must always do with your social media channels is optimize them. What does that mean? Make them do their job better. When you optimize a listing, that listing converts traffic better. When you optimize a social media profile, that profile helps you reach more people. Optimization usually comes down to a clear profile name and handle, a high quality profile photo and cover image, a bio that says exactly what you're all about, and a working link that sends people to your offer page. Otherwise people don't know where to buy from you.

To spot what needs to be fixed, you can use an agent to check it all for you. In ChatGPT, you click the plus button and choose agent mode. That's where the magic happens. The agent gets work done for you in its own internal browser. Here's the exact request I gave it: go through all of my social media channels below and give me a list of things I need to change to optimize the profiles and make them more effective for driving traffic to my website. Make sure to also check any links in the bio to ensure they work properly. Then I gave it my Facebook link, my Instagram link, my TikTok link, the entire list. The more you communicate with the tool, the better job it will do.

The process took somewhere between 5 and 15 minutes. I've done agent work that runs 20 or 25 minutes for more sophisticated tasks. At the end it gave me detailed recommendations for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Things like: keep the first one or two lines of your YouTube description punchy, because YouTube displays only the first few words under the channel name. Start with your value proposition. Very good information, and all I have to do is get it applied. And you can take it further: ask the agent to log in and make the changes it's suggesting on your profiles.

Back in the day, if you hired my marketing company a couple of years ago, I would have charged you thousands of dollars to get this work done. Now you don't need to hire my company. A $20 a month ChatGPT Plus plan is good enough for this, with a limit of 40 agent tasks a month. I actually had to upgrade to Pro at $200 a month because it gives you 400 tasks a month. That's how much I use it.

Reverse Prompting: Make the AI Write Its Own Instructions

Here's how I get the super mega tasks done. I call it reverse prompting. Reverse prompting means telling the AI: this is what I need from you, now help me put together the exact request so you can actually do it well.

Real example. I told ChatGPT: I need you to help me put together a mega prompt. This mega prompt has one intention. I want to give it back to you in agent mode, and I want you to find influencers in the pet supplement category. Dog educators, dog trainers, people with a following who post content. Put them on a spreadsheet for me with the name of the influencer, how many followers they have, how engaged the audience is, and the link to their social media profile so I can message them with an actual request to be part of my brand launch. Make the mega prompt as detailed as possible.

What came back was a massive, structured request: brand context, objective, target influencer profile, platforms to prioritize, data to collect for each influencer, research method and workflow, output format and structure. This is how the 1% are using this tool. They're using the tool to get even more specific directions on how to get value from the tool. Then I turned on agent mode and typed one word: execute.

43 Influencers in 22 Minutes

The agent started setting up its desktop and doing the work, telling me step by step what it was doing, moving and creating every single second. In 22 minutes, I got a spreadsheet with 43 influencers. Some of them veterinarians, some of them dog trainers, all potentially interested in promoting our Better Dog Supplements brand with Cesar Millan. Work that would have taken a human weeks. And I'm not exaggerating.

Then I used AI to write a short introductory message, and we started contacting these people on Instagram from the Better Dog Supplements profile. Same thing on YouTube, on Facebook, across every platform, because the agent gave us the exact links. A simple, warm message: exploring partnerships, would love to connect. The responses started coming in that same week. Hi, great hearing from you, here's my email, I'd like to know more. We did this over and over again, and just like that we have dozens of people interested in trying our products and introducing them to a lot more people.

One practical tip: if you're running an agent on your phone, you have to stay in the app or it stops working. On a computer browser, it can keep working in the background as long as you don't close the browser and the computer doesn't go to sleep.

What Are You Using It For?

Whatever market you're in, whether you're in the service business or the product business, it doesn't matter. You can use the agent to help you find your ideal customers, your ideal prospects, and even people who can collaborate with your brand.

When I tell you I'm producing 10 times more than I was a month ago, and maybe a hundred times more than three or four years ago, I'm not exaggerating. If you use this tool correctly, you'll be able to leverage the real AI era opportunity that almost nobody knows how to use correctly. I use it for production. I use it for expansion. I use it for revenue. What are you using it for?

How to Run Meta Ads With Claude and MCP

Meta now has a direct integration with Claude through MCP, which means an AI agent can analyze, scale, and manage your ad campaigns from a chat window. Here is exactly how we use it at AGM, and how you set it up without writing a line of code.
