Social media is flooding with fake, AI-generated content, and that is exactly why the biggest opportunity right now is being unmistakably human. Here is how I use AI behind the camera and my real face in front of it to turn attention into revenue.

Humans Are Becoming the Diamonds of the Internet

The visibility of humans is dwindling. The visibility of real people, authentic people, people who can actually drink water on camera and show you they are human and not fake, is dwindling very, very fast. And that means opportunity.

Do you know why diamonds are so valuable? It is a question I was asked when I was a child. It is not because they are beautiful. It is because they are scarce. There are not that many of them. Now imagine the era of AI making humans disappear, and social media flooded with content that is not real. That is where you come in.

Everything you can do right now to be authentic and to be real is how you are going to win this game, short term and long term. Because at the end of the day, people want to connect with humans. It is becoming harder and harder to tell what is real. Which means that if you have the courage to get in front of a camera, like I am doing right now, you will stand out in a crowd of inauthentic content. What stands out? Value, authenticity, and humanity.

Attention equals revenue. You get attention, you get revenue. If you struggle without attention, you're going to struggle without sales.

Everybody Can Build a Brand With AI. That Is the Point.

You might be wondering, couldn't I just build a brand with AI? That is exactly the point. Everybody is doing it. Social media is quickly becoming flooded with AI. Some of it is hilarious, like the fake video of an old lady swinging a hammer in the middle of a museum. And you know what is happening? Many people actually believe some of what they are seeing.

We have always appreciated people being authentic and real. That instinct did not go away. It got stronger. The more authentic you are, the more human you are, the more you will be able to penetrate, get attention, and explode your revenue. That is the opportunity.

The people winning right now are building incredible personal brands in an era driven by AI. One of them happens to be my great, amazing father. And here is what they all have in common, and this is very important: every single one of them began with zero followers and zero views.

The Winning Combination: Personal Brand Plus AI

If I was starting my business from the ground up today, I would go deep into creating content as a human, with a game plan to impact people at scale. And I would let AI do the heavy lifting behind the scenes.

One tool I use all the time to brainstorm is ChatGPT. I talk to it constantly, so it knows exactly what I am good at. I tell it: I want to be human and authentic in an era full of AI. You know who I am. Give me 10 examples of things I should teach my audience that could eventually lead them to becoming an agency client of mine. And it delivers. How to turn attention into revenue. The anatomy of a winning ad. The content machine blueprint. The personal brand advantage. If I want 10 more, I ask for 10 more. If I need an exact script, I ask for an exact script.

A lot of the ideas for my content come from those conversations with AI. But I am the one being human. None of it is fake. None of it is inauthentic. Use AI to brainstorm ideas, come up with hooks and angles, research your topics, and take the value in your head and package it in a way an audience can easily absorb. Then you get in front of the camera. People do not want to build relationships with robots. They want a real human connection. Personal brand plus AI is how you win.

The Receipts: What Real Human Content Does at Scale

Let me show you what this looks like with brands we manage. One account: 76 million views in the last 28 days, reaching 11 million individual people organically. A YouTube channel with 27.3 million views. A TikTok account with 17 million. A Facebook page with 438 million views. The world is incredibly powerful right now at distributing content to people who are hungry for something real.

It works for small brands too. One of my good friends and partners, Tom Cummins, is a very successful entrepreneur. We built his social media following from zero to tens of thousands of followers, and he is generating upwards of a million views organically. I have not spent a single penny advertising his content. We even have an Italian fine dining restaurant in Clearwater with only 60 subscribers on its channel, and it gets 68,000 views a month. That does not seem to add up, right? That is part of the opportunity today. All we do is put our chef in front of the camera to share what he does every single day.

And this machine keeps giving back. My family business, NaturalSlim, lost our founder five years ago. He left me 2,600 videos, because his intention was to create something that went beyond the life of his body. His content and his legacy keep impacting tens of millions of people across Latin America today. That is what happens when you build for the long term.

Attention Equals Revenue

When you post consistently, your view statistics and your revenue statistics start to mirror each other. I have watched it happen. A peak in views in May, a peak in revenue in May. A peak in June, a peak in June. They go hand in glove. Isn't that fascinating? The more content you push out there, the more the sales scream right along with it.

So just know this: attention equals revenue. You get attention, you get revenue. If you struggle without attention, you are going to struggle without sales. Whatever you have to do to put yourself out there will help you build the business you are trying to build and scale your purpose, your product, your services.

One more thing. Go organic first. Deliver content that makes somebody else's life better, and do it for a while before you start thinking about monetizing. Put your head down for the first six months or so. There is no overnight success with honor in any of this. But do it consistently, with quality and quantity, and you will be the one standing above a crowd of people pretending to be things they are not. Stay human. That is how you win the game, short term and long term.
