AGM — Attention Grabbing Media

The record

Privacy Policy

Here is exactly what happens to your information. Plain English, receipts included.

Effective date: July 21, 2026 (analytics section added; first published July 13, 2026)

What we collect

When you submit a form: your name, email, optional phone and company, what you're trying to grow, and the message you write. We also record which page you came from and standard campaign tags (like UTM parameters) so we know what brought you here.

When you use our AI (Ask AGM or the Wisdom GPT): the questions you type.

Automatically: basic technical data such as your IP address, used to protect the site from abuse (rate limiting) — not to profile you.

For page statistics we use Vercel Analytics in cookieless mode: aggregate counts only, no cookies, no cross-site identifiers, no profiles.

We also use two standard measurement tools, described plainly in the next section: Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. We do not use tag managers or session-recording tools on this site.

Analytics and advertising measurement

As of July 21, 2026, this site runs Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel. Google Analytics tells us, in aggregate, which pages people visit and where visitors come from. The Meta pixel records that your browser visited this site so we can show relevant messages to past visitors on Facebook and Instagram and measure whether they work.

These tools see standard technical data: pages viewed, approximate location from your connection, device and browser type, and identifiers set in cookies. They do not receive what you type into our forms or our AI chats.

You can opt out. Google offers a browser opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), Meta explains its ad controls at facebook.com/adpreferences, and blocking or clearing cookies limits both. The site works exactly the same either way.

Why we collect it

To answer you, schedule your call, run your engagement, and remember the context of our conversation. That's it. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with ad networks. We do not add you to lists you didn't ask for.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel) so a human can reply and keep the thread of your relationship with us.

AI questions are processed by Anthropic (the company behind Claude) to generate the answer. Your chat messages are not stored with your identity by us, and we don't ask you to log in to use the chat. Don't paste confidential information into the chat — for private matters, book the call.

Video lessons embed YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com), and YouTube content loads only after you choose to press play.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes technical request data as any host does.

Phone and text messages

If you give us your phone number, we use it to schedule and hold your call. We will not enroll you in marketing text messages without asking you separately and getting your clear consent first.

How long we keep it

As long as we have a real relationship with you, or as long as the law requires. If you want out, ask — see below.

Your rights

Ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call us or use the contact page and a human will handle it — no forms-within-forms, no runaround.

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK, or California), you may have additional statutory rights; we honor requests regardless of geography.
