The plain-language terms of the AI Transformation Plus coaching program. Read them before you sign up. The agreement you sign with the AGM team governs where it goes into more detail.
What the program is
AI Transformation Plus is a monthly coaching and build program from Attention Grabbing Media® (AGM). Each week you get one build session of about one hour with an AGM AI engineer, an assignment between sessions, direct access to Manuel Suarez's AI buildouts and to Manuel himself for strategy (his builds, systems, and the way he architects and engineers them are available to members as he builds them), membership in the private circle, and continued access to the free AI Transformation portal. Sessions build real systems in your own accounts and platforms. Results depend on your business, your follow-through, and the platforms involved; AGM does not guarantee a specific revenue or lead outcome.
Price and billing
$897 per month, billed on your signup date each month to the card you provide at checkout. A six-month or longer agreement carries a reduced monthly rate; that rate, and any discount the AGM team applies, are agreed in writing before checkout and are otherwise governed by these same terms.
Commitment
Membership has a three-month minimum term beginning on your signup date, then continues month to month. A six-month agreement with its own reduced rate is available when agreed in writing with the AGM team before checkout, and also continues month to month after the six months; the checkout link the team sends you carries the agreed price.
Cancellation
Cancellation requires written notice by email to juan@agmagency.com from the email address on your account. Because real intellectual property, working systems, and team time are delivered from the first week, ending membership before your term is complete carries an early-cancellation fee equal to one monthly payment, charged to the card on file. After the minimum term, membership continues month to month and can be ended with 30 days written notice.
What you keep
Everything built during your sessions lives in your accounts and belongs to you. AGM keeps the right to reuse its own methods, templates, and know-how with other members.
Your part
Attend your weekly session, provide the access your engineer needs to the platforms being built (website, ad accounts, email tool, CRM), and keep your own accounts in good standing with those platforms. Missed sessions are not refunded; your engineer will help you reschedule when notice is given at least 24 hours ahead.
Confidentiality
AGM keeps your business information, accounts, and numbers confidential and uses them only to deliver the program. Member results are never published with a name attached without written permission.
Refunds and disputes
Your membership agreement is sent the day you join and your onboarding call is held the next business day after you sign it. If the agreement is not signed within 30 days of payment, your payment is refunded and the membership does not start. Your membership agreement also carries a 30-day satisfaction window from signup; write to juan@agmagency.com within it and the agreement's refund terms apply. After that window, monthly payments are not refundable once a session has been delivered in that billing period. If something went wrong, write to the AGM team first; we fix problems directly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
