The plain-language terms of AI Transformation Plus. Read these conditions before paying. Your accepted membership agreement governs; existing customers retain the terms and refund rights applicable to their purchase.
New enrollments: $1,150/month from September 26, 2026. Members enrolled at $895 before the change keep that rate while their existing membership remains active. It does not carry over after cancellation and rejoining. Existing agreements retain their terms.
What the program is
AI Transformation Plus is a monthly done-with-you AI implementation program from Attention Grabbing Media® (AGM). Each week you get one build session of about one hour with an AGM AI engineer, an agenda before it and a written summary with an assignment after it, a monthly live Plus Circle group session with Manuel Suarez for buildouts, high-level marketing strategy and an inside look at his businesses, direct access to Manuel's AI buildouts and to Manuel himself for strategy (his builds, systems, and the way he architects and engineers them are available to members as he builds them), a members-only area with ongoing training, and continued access to the AI Transformation portal. Sessions build real systems in your own accounts and platforms. Results depend on your business, your follow-through, and the platforms involved; AGM does not guarantee a specific revenue or lead outcome. Your engineer helps you audit workflows one by one, choose suitable repetitive work to automate, and prioritize operating efficiency, qualified lead flow, nurture and appointments, and revenue growth for your business. Humans design, build, approve and oversee the systems, and human closers handle sales conversations.
Price and billing
$1,150 per month, billed on your signup date each month to the card you provide at checkout.
Tools and additional work
Your tools and subscriptions are paid separately. One-on-one project work happens during your weekly engineering hour. Additional individual work outside that hour is scoped and quoted separately. Monthly Plus Circle and the members-only training area are included in your membership. Larger builds may continue across your included weekly engineering sessions.
Commitment
Membership is month to month. There is no minimum commitment beyond the month you have already paid for.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime in writing (email to transformation@agmagency.com from the email address on your account is fine) or through your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. You keep your sessions and access through that date. There is no cancellation fee or notice period. AGM does not bill after cancellation takes effect; if a charge lands after that date, AGM reverses it.
What you keep
Everything built during your sessions lives in your accounts and belongs to you. AGM keeps the right to reuse its own methods, templates, and know-how with other members.
Your part
Attend your weekly build sessions, provide the agreed account access and keep your tools in good standing. Give at least 24 hours notice to arrange an approved reschedule. All four first-month engineering/build sessions must actually be completed to qualify for the first-month pay-for-itself guarantee, together with completed and documented assigned implementation homework and reporting. Homework means the implementation steps your engineer assigns in writing between sessions so the next build can proceed, such as supplying files, testing the system, completing setup, or reporting progress. The written checklist identifies the task, due date, and evidence of completion. Complete the assigned homework and reporting by the agreed deadlines and keep the record, such as a delivered file, screenshot, test result, progress report, or engineer confirmation. No assignment means no homework or reporting requirement for that interval. AGM does not add tasks or evidence requirements retroactively. Only assignments given in advance with an agreed deadline on or before session four affect eligibility; work assigned for later sessions does not.
Confidentiality
AGM keeps your business information, accounts, and numbers confidential and uses them only to deliver the program. Member results are never published with a name attached without written permission.
First-month pay-for-itself guarantee — eligibility
This done-with-you service pays for itself by the end of your first month, or you don't pay. Attend all four first-month weekly one-on-one engineering/build sessions, and complete and document the assigned implementation homework and reporting. If you feel it has not paid for itself by the end of that first month, we refund the full first-month membership fee you actually paid. This is a satisfaction-based promise: no financial audit or percentage-efficiency test is required. A refund permanently ends your eligibility to purchase any future AGM Marketing / Attention Grabbing Media® services.
Which purchases this policy covers
This policy applies to new memberships purchased with these conditions disclosed before payment and included in the accepted agreement. Existing customers retain the terms and refund rights that applied to their purchase.
The four sessions and rescheduling
The four required meetings are the first month's weekly one-on-one engineering/build sessions. Discovery calls, onboarding-only meetings, group sessions, scheduled-but-unattended appointments, and recordings do not substitute for attendance. An approved rescheduled session counts when actually completed. An AGM-caused cancellation or delay is not a member absence: AGM must arrange a replacement. If an approved replacement falls after the first billing month, you can complete it and request the first-month refund without purchasing a second month.
How and when to request a refund
After completing all four first-month engineering/build sessions and the assigned homework and reporting, email transformation@agmagency.com from the address on your account. Say that you feel the service has not paid for itself by the end of your first month, identify the four sessions, and include the completion record for assigned homework and reporting. AGM checks attendance and completion records; you do not need to submit financial records or prove a percentage improvement. We refund the first-month membership fee actually paid, in full. This policy sets no separate claim deadline.
Permanent restriction on future AGM services
After a refund under this first-month pay-for-itself guarantee is issued, the refunded member and business are permanently ineligible to purchase any future services from AGM Marketing / Attention Grabbing Media®, including services beyond Plus. This purchasing restriction does not restrict honest reviews, complaints, or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Refund amount, cancellation and other rights
An eligible refund returns the first month's membership fee actually paid, in full. Third-party software, advertising, hosting and separate purchases are not covered. The promise is based on your satisfaction after completing the four sessions and assigned homework and reporting; it is not a promise of specific revenue, lead volume, or measured financial return. Cancellation remains separate and effective at the end of the paid month, with no fee or notice period. These conditions do not remove separate contractual refund obligations, billing corrections or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Agreement delivery and other billing obligations
Your membership agreement is sent the day you join and your onboarding call is held the next business day after you sign it. If the agreement is not signed within 30 days of payment, your payment is refunded and the membership does not start. This separate promise and correction of erroneous charges are not first-month pay-for-itself guarantee claims. Previously paid obligations under separate agreements are not canceled by this policy. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
