AGM was founded in 2015 by entrepreneur Manuel Suarez with one clear conviction: attention is the most valuable asset in modern business. In a world where every brand competes for visibility, most companies struggle not because their product lacks value, but because their message fails to command attention long enough to convert.

Before launching the agency, Manuel had already achieved significant success as a business builder and digital marketer. He helped build the largest social media audience across Latin America for a brand he co-founded in the United States with his father, while also scaling multiple businesses to seven and eight figures.

As those results became visible, business owners increasingly began asking how those systems were built. The agency was not created simply as another marketing service. It was built as a vehicle to pass on the practical knowledge developed through real-world success in e-commerce, social media, and lead generation.

What began as a small, focused team committed to helping businesses capture attention and generate growth has since expanded into a global agency of more than 120 specialists working across strategy, creative production, paid media, e-commerce systems, and advanced AI integration.
