As a Paid Advertising Manager, you’ll oversee campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. You’ll be responsible for strategy, budget allocation, audience targeting, reporting, optimization, and helping clients achieve measurable growth.

You’ll work directly with our creative, copywriting, and account teams to build campaigns that generate leads, sales, and long-term client success.

What You’ll Be Doing
– Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
– Developing campaign strategies designed to increase leads, sales, and client retention.
– Analyzing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
– Creating reports and presenting insights to clients.
– Collaborating with creative and copy teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
– Managing multiple client accounts while maintaining exceptional performance standards.

What We’re Looking For
– At least 3 years of paid advertising experience.
– Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, conversion tracking, Tag Manager, reporting, and campaign optimization.
– Agency experience is highly preferred.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with clients.
– Excellent analytical thinking, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
– English proficiency is required. Spanish is a plus.

– $5,000–$7,000 USD per month.
