Office-Based (Largo, Florida)

AGM Agency is seeking an experienced Brand Manager who can infuse vision, strategy, and dynamism into our client accounts. As a pivotal member of our team, you will liaise between our clients and Creative Directors, ensuring brand objectives align with client goals. You’ll be at the helm of strategic planning, performance measurement, and client engagement, setting the stage for long-term success.

If you are adept at multitasking, have exceptional communication skills, and have a solid background in account management, you could be the person we’re looking for.

Employment Type:
       ●  Full-Time in-office (Remote position is not available)

Compensation Range:
       ● $45,000 – $55,000 a year + Bonuses and Commissions

Objectives:
       ●  Supervise and manage assigned accounts, coordinating closely with Creative Directors.
       ●  Engage regularly with clients to gauge their needs, deliver updates, and gather feedback.
       ●  Develop and implement strategic brand plans that align with client objectives.
       ●  Utilize effective communication methods to provide clients with positive updates and solicit feedback.
       ●  Monitor, expand, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts.
       ●  Oversee the execution and delivery of client commitments, ensuring that expectations are not just met, but exceeded.

       ● Strong skills in account supervision and oversight.
       ● Excellent client engagement abilities.
       ● Expertise in strategic planning and execution.
       ● Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
       ● Adept at KPI management and analytics.
       ● Proficiency in overseeing project deliverables and timelines.

Education and Experience:
       ●  No college degree is required
       ●  Previous agency experience is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements:
       ● Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
