We are in search of a skilled Company Trainer capable of training new hires, existing employees, and maintaining the accessibility of all training courses.
The ideal candidate will have a knack for developing effective training programs and a passion for continuous learning and development.
Employment Type:
● Full-Time in-office (Remote position is not available)
Compensation Range:
● $45,000 – $52,000 a year + Bonuses and Commissions
Objectives:
● Implement and continually update training programs
● Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary
● Collaborate with management to identify training needs, schedule training sessions, and provide follow-up
● Facilitate onboarding for new hires
● Stay up-to-date with training methods and industry trends
● Ensure the professional development of our employees through effective training initiatives
Competencies:
● Demonstrated experience in a training role
● Strong presentation and facilitation skills
● Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs
● Excellent organizational and time management skills
● Professional level verbal and written communication skills
● A proactive approach to problem-solving
Education and Experience:
● No college degree is required
● Previous agency experience is a plus but not required
Physical Requirements:
● Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
