Do I get to pick which social media platforms are updated?

Yes! While we always do Facebook and Instagram, the third choice is up to you. You can pick LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube or choose to have google ads run instead.

How do I start running campaigns?

Once you have gone through the training, you are free to run campaigns as you wish. During the training our consultant will go over how to create an ad, how to create a campaign, how to create a custom audience, and how to determine if you have a winning ad/campaign. 

Do I need to have Google Analytics on my website to run a campaign?

While you do not need to have Google Analytics, we do recommend it so that you can track your traffic. If you would like to have Analytics added to your website, we will need the logins for your Google account. If you do not want to share that information with the team, we can setup a new google account for you. Just specify with your account manager how you would like to proceed.

Where will my ads be displayed?

Your ads will be displayed on both Facebook and Instagram as well as your third social media platform. Once you have done your training, you can then also select regionally where you would like your ads to run.

If I have a small business like a Food Truck, do I have to advertise across the nation?

No. We can specifically target a small region for you so that your ads are only being displayed to people in that area. 

How many creatives do I get?

Our art team will put together 3-Ad images and 2-Ad videos for you. They will also include multiple variations of profile images and banner images for your social media profiles so that your brand is consistent across the board. You are also only allowed a maximum of 3 changes to your creatives before the team will need to move on to the next segment of the project. 

What can cause delays in launching my campaigns or setting up my profiles?

The launchpad team needs communication from you. If they are emailing, calling, and/or texting you with no response, this will cause your project to be delayed. We ask that you communicate thoroughly with them so that expectations or time sensitive projects are met in a timely manner. 

Will you continue to manage and run my campaigns after the project is over?

While you are allowed a courtesy call with your account manager if you request it, we do not continue running more campaigns for you. The training that is provided for you will teach you all of the ways to run different campaigns and strategies for your future advertising need.
