Yet, other businesses survived and even thrived.<\/p>\n<p>But, why?<\/p>\n<p>Many of the businesses that thrived already had an online component in place, while the ones that survived were able to adapt quickly, adding an online <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agmninjalab.com\/the-epic-contest-strategy-sp\">strategy<\/a> to their business. And if you\u2019re like most business owners you found yourself in one of these two buckets.<\/p>\n<p>So, if you\u2019re one of the lucky hard-working entrepreneurs who still has a business you might be wondering how to hold onto what you have now and even grow it in 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The answer, although it may seem counterintuitive, is to focus on the basics. Not trying to hard-sell people on your products or services. The successful marketer in 2021 will use social media for its intended purpose, to be social.<\/p>\n<p>They will create the 4 different types of content: audio, graphic, video, and written. And they will distribute that content across a variety of social media channels.<\/p>\n<p>The successful marketer will give away items that could be sold, sometimes for hundreds of dollars. They\u2019ll give these items away for free in order to start a value-based relationship with prospects.<\/p>\n<p>This will be done by following the basic idea of attracting attention, answering questions, collecting information, and following up with more relevant content.<\/p>\n<p>How will the successful marketer be doing this?<\/p>\n<h1>\u00a0<\/h1>\n<h1>SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING<\/h1>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.agmninjalab.com\/social-media-branding-sp\">Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Messenger, WhatsApp<\/a>, etc. These are all resources that we as business owners and marketers get the opportunity to use FOR FREE in order to spread the word about who we help and how we do it.<\/p>\n<p>You have the ability to produce and post appropriate content for your preferred channel. Content that speaks to the concerns, desires, problems, and or wants of the people you\u2019re most qualified to help.<\/p>\n<p>If any of this makes you feel even the slightest bit overwhelmed don\u2019t worry, you\u2019re not alone.<\/p>\n<p>The rapid changes of the social media landscape can be challenging for even the most seasoned veteran. Luckily when you\u2019re performing your page\u2019s set up Facebook has made it pretty easy to hit all those parts.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-12377 aligncenter jetpack-lazy-image jetpack-lazy-image--handled\" src=\"https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/manuelsuarez.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/3-setup-your-fb.png?resize=779%2C439&amp;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"779\" height=\"439\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" data-lazy-loaded=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2713\u00a0Post.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You\u2019d be surprised how many people need to be reminded that they need to make regular posts on their Facebook page for it to be useful.<\/p>\n<p>I suggest posting daily, but if that seems to be a little much for now at least post three times a week. Whether you choose daily posts or just a few times a week, plan to do it at the same time each day. That way your followers will begin to realize they can rely on you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2713\u00a0Comment on other people\u2019s post.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re looking for engagement on your posts and so are other people.<\/p>\n<p>So, the more you can interact with other pages as your business the more exposure you\u2019ll start to gain. And as long as you\u2019re commenting with helpful, honest, and interesting content people will take notice. They\u2019ll begin wondering who you are and what you\u2019re about. That leads them back to your Facebook business page.<\/p>\n<h1>\u00a0<\/h1>\n<h1>CONTENT MARKETING<\/h1>\n<p>This is a topic that I\u2019ve encouraged for several years now and it will be the backbone of your social media marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Think about it, you\u2019ve got to have material or \u2018content\u2019 to put into all of those social media posts we talked about in the last section, right?<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve actually got plenty of custom training about content marketing inside the Ninja Lab\u2019s online training. Although, I understand that depending on where you are in your own journey you may not be comfortable with some of these forms of content.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s okay, start with the ones you are comfortable with and then branch out or hire someone to help you produce the content that you\u2019re not comfortable with.<\/p>\n<p>Right now, you might be thinking, \u201cWhat do I talk about in this content?\u201d or \u201cWhere do I get the information to put in my content?\u201d, right?<\/p>\n<p>Well, you\u2019re in luck!<\/p>\n<p>There is no shortage of questions that people have. Why? Because the lead magnet, although similar to the content, goes deeper into a specific subject. It focuses on one issue and one solution.<\/p>\n<p>This is also the moment you know the person is beginning to trust you. This is the first \u2018conversion\u2019 or \u2018purchase\u2019 that person is making with you. Even if there is no money involved.<\/p>\n<p>Confused on how there can be a \u2018purchase\u2019 without money?<\/p>\n<p>The payment for most <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agmninjalab.com\/facebook-lead-generation-sp\">lead magnets<\/a> is simply information, but very valuable information.<\/p>\n<p>The person is paying you with his or her name, email, and maybe even phone number. By serving people and providing them an excellent experience when doing business with you.<\/p>\n<p>Will you keep everyone that does business with your company coming back for more long-term?<\/p>\n<p>Nope.<\/p>\n<p>But, if you\u2019re doing everything right \u2013 providing value, giving results, educating your customer \u2013 it tells us more about them than you.<\/p>\n<p>This goes back to the concept that \u201c<i>not everyone is your customer<\/i>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>No matter how much you believe your product or service can help everyone, I\u2019ll tell you right now, not everyone will be interested. They\u2019ll give these items away for free in order to start a value-based relationship with prospects.<\/p><p>This will be done by following the basic idea of attracting attention, answering questions, collecting information, and following up with more relevant content.<\/p><p>How will the successful marketer be doing this?<\/p><h1>\u00a0<\/h1><h1>SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING<\/h1><p><br \/>Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Messenger, WhatsApp, etc. These are all resources that we as business owners and marketers get the opportunity to use FOR FREE in order to spread the word about who we help and how we do it.<\/p><p>You have the ability to produce and post appropriate content for your preferred channel. Content that speaks to the concerns, desires, problems, and or wants of the people you\u2019re most qualified to help.<\/p><p>If any of this makes you feel even the slightest bit overwhelmed don\u2019t worry, you\u2019re not alone.<\/p><p>The rapid changes of the social media landscape can be challenging for even the most seasoned veteran. But, I want you to keep your eye on the prize, which if you\u2019re like most entrepreneurs and business owners is helping people improve their lives and earning a good living in the process.<\/p><p>The constant changing of strategies and technologies on the internet will always be part of this journey. Luckily when you\u2019re performing your page\u2019s set up Facebook has made it pretty easy to hit all those parts.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><img class=\"wp-image-12377 aligncenter jetpack-lazy-image jetpack-lazy-image--handled\" src=\"https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/manuelsuarez.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/3-setup-your-fb.png?resize=779%2C439&ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"779\" height=\"439\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" data-lazy-loaded=\"1\" \/><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u2713\u00a0Post.<\/p><p>You\u2019d be surprised how many people need to be reminded that they need to make regular posts on their Facebook page for it to be useful.<\/p><p>I suggest posting daily, but if that seems to be a little much for now at least post three times a week. Whether you choose daily posts or just a few times a week, plan to do it at the same time each day. That way your followers will begin to realize they can rely on you.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u2713\u00a0Comment on other people\u2019s post.<\/p><p>You\u2019re looking for engagement on your posts and so are other people.<\/p><p>So, the more you can interact with other pages as your business the more exposure you\u2019ll start to gain. And as long as you\u2019re commenting with helpful, honest, and interesting content people will take notice. They\u2019ll begin wondering who you are and what you\u2019re about. That leads them back to your Facebook business page.\u00a0<\/p><h1><br \/>CONTENT MARKETING\u00a0<\/h1><p><br \/>This is a topic that I\u2019ve encouraged for several years now and it will be the backbone of your social media marketing.<\/p><p>Think about it, you\u2019ve got to have material or \u2018content\u2019 to put into all of those social media posts we talked about in the last section, right?<\/p><p>I\u2019ve actually got plenty of custom training about content marketing inside the Ninja Lab\u2019s online training. Although, I understand that depending on where you are in your own journey you may not be comfortable with some of these forms of content.<\/p><p>That\u2019s okay, start with the ones you are comfortable with and then branch out or hire someone to help you produce the content that you\u2019re not comfortable with.<\/p><p>Right now, you might be thinking, \u201cWhat do I talk about in this content?\u201d or \u201cWhere do I get the information to put in my content?\u201d, right?<\/p><p>Well, you\u2019re in luck!<\/p><p>There is no shortage of questions that people have. Why? Because the lead magnet, although similar to the content, goes deeper into a specific subject. It focuses on one issue and one solution.<\/p><p>This is also the moment you know the person is beginning to trust you. This is the first \u2018conversion\u2019 or \u2018purchase\u2019 that person is making with you. Even if there is no money involved.<\/p><p>Confused on how there can be a \u2018purchase\u2019 without money?<\/p><p>The payment for most lead magnets is simply information, but very valuable information.<\/p><p>The person is paying you with his or her name, email, and maybe even phone number. By serving people and providing them an excellent experience when doing business with you.<\/p><p>Will you keep everyone that does business with your company coming back for more long-term?<\/p><p>Nope.<\/p><p>But, if you\u2019re doing everything right \u2013 providing value, giving results, educating your customer \u2013 it tells us more about them than you.<\/p><p>This goes back to the concept that \u201c<i>not everyone is your customer<\/i>\u201d.<\/p><p>No matter how much you believe your product or service can help everyone, I\u2019ll tell you right now, not everyone will be interested.
