So let\u2019s continue with another <\/span><b>GREAT<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> way to discover the type of content you should be producing more of\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>USING A PAGE POST AS AN AD<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One very important thing to remember from this section &#8212; The boost button is the DEVIL! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you were one of those advertisers making Facebook rich while YOU went <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">broke<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, we are officially putting an end to that.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I know that many of you have been following me for some time and KNOW that I say this very often. But for those who may be newly following me, if you want to know why I am so adamantly against the infamous \u201cBoost\u201d Button, let me give you a few of the main reasons:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* Only one campaign objective is available (Engagement). You can\u2019t do video views, conversions, message replies and all the other powerful objectives that Facebook optimizes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* Demographics are VERY limited.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* You can\u2019t add a headline. This is the very important eye-catching part of your Ad, just underneath your video or image.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* You can\u2019t select BEHAVIOURS as part of your targeting. For example, you can\u2019t go after online purchasers or people who tend to share your brand\u2019s content.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">* It\u2019s not a dark post! (For those who are new: \u201cDark posts\u201d are targeted ads on social media. Unlike boosted and organic posts, though, they don\u2019t appear on your timeline. They also don\u2019t show up in the feeds of your followers. Instead, they show up as sponsored content in the feeds of users you\u2019re specifically targeting.) So if you intend to run a unique promotion that you <\/span><b>don\u2019t want your existing fans to see,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> you will NOT be able to. When you post it on your page &#8212; everyone has access to it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I think you get the idea now, right? Facebook gave untrained Facebook users the ability to run \u201cadvertising\u201d through this Boost option, which ultimately created a worldwide (albeit erroneous) agreement: \u201cFacebook Ads don\u2019t work.\u201d Nothing could be further from the truth, however.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here\u2019s what I recommend\u2026<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Post as much content as possible organically on your page. There really isn\u2019t such a thing as <\/span><b>TOO MUCH CONTENT<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. I would go in the direction of <\/span><b>QUANTITY<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> over <\/span><b>QUALITY<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Post about 3 videos per day at different times, 1 picture with quotes, an event announcement, testimonials and success stories, etc\u2026 You will only reach 2-8% of your existing Page Fans; anything over that \u2014 consider it a <\/span><b>BONUS<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now, from all that organic content being posted, choose the ones with the most likes, engagements, interaction, and shares, then use the steps described in this section\/article to run them as ads to find new people. Do not press that boost button! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1438 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/agmagency.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/do-not-boost3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"801\" height=\"534\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This article will describe the steps to run them as ads.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You might ask&#8230;Why would I post all that organic content if almost no one is watching? Well, before people commit, they want to make sure you are for real. Daily activity on your page communicates just that. It lets them know you are <\/span><b>REAL<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Additionally, your organic posts serve as a great survey to tell you what your fans (potential customers) are most into and want more of. When you see a post that surpasses the usual reach, let\u2019s say it reached 20% instead of 8%, you know more of that content should be created.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This will serve as a great bellwether of your potential Ad results with the same content. Your existing audience is a <\/span><b>GREAT<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> way to discover the type of content you should be producing more of.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Practical Recommendations for Copywriting on your Ads<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I quickly want to revisit this topic, so that you will now learn EVEN MORE about the very the important subject of copywriting.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I understand that undertaking copywriting can initially be a daunting task. Your title is a key element in your ad creation, so make sure that your titles are always noticeable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Creating a Simple Ad with FREE Stock Photos\/Stock Footage<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now it\u2019s time to go ahead and get rid of \u00a0<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ANY POSSIBLE EXCUSE <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">when it comes to actually creating an ad.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Those excuses are: \u201cI don\u2019t have any photography skills\u201d or \u201cI can\u2019t afford a photographer\u201d or \u201cI don\u2019t even know where to start.\u201d<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First of all, we already know that you can find ANYTHING that you want online, so that, in itself, already eliminates a GREAT DEAL of excuses.
