The reason I know this is because I recently got invited to Grant Cardone’s \u201cUnbreakable Business Mastermind\u201d as he called it.<\/span><\/p>\n I could talk about the yachts, food, helicopters, influencers, but what I believe is more important is the value delivered in this mastermind.<\/span><\/p>\n While I was there I noticed that there were some very valuable things being said that you would need to pay a professional to hear or even Grant himself!<\/span><\/p>\n So these are what I believe are the $100,000 takeaways I received while at Grant Cardone’s Unbreakable Mastermind.<\/span><\/p>\n No we\u2019re not talking about astronomy or horoscopes here, we\u2019re talking about surrounding yourself with a team of stars.<\/span><\/p>\n Grant surrounds himself in his business with people like:<\/span><\/p>\n Not because they\u2019re just \u201cgood people\u201d, but because they\u2019re stars!<\/span><\/p>\n They\u2019re doers, action takers, and driven to get results on a consistent basis for the whole organization.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n That\u2019s what a star carries with them when they walk around the place, and you feel it in the way they communicate, work, and execute tasks; they\u2019re assets to the business.<\/span><\/p>\n You don\u2019t find these types of people all the time, but it is possible and I\u2019ll tell you how shortly.<\/span><\/p>\n If you have a goal of $1,000,000 why not make it $10,000,000? When you think about it, the sky’s the limit, so why not set bigger goals for yourself?<\/span><\/p>\n When push comes to shove, we\u2019re the ones in control of our dreams and goals.<\/span><\/p>\n Grant even said one of his regrets was that he didn\u2019t think big enough, can you imagine that?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Someone who\u2019s making millions and millions of dollars every year regrets not making more.<\/span><\/p>\n What this does is it actually opens up new doors, new opportunities, and new heights to reach for everyone.<\/span><\/p>\n Because the truth is, the smaller we think the smaller the results, it\u2019s that simple.<\/span><\/p>\n Before anyone thinks of it, no, Grant did not make a Vanilla Ice reference about \u201cCollaborate & Listen\u201d but he did mention another one of his regrets was not collaborating with people as much or soon enough.<\/span><\/p>\n More specifically he said he regretted not meeting Brandon Dawson sooner, his business partner and the Co-Founder of Cardone Ventures.<\/span><\/p>\n When you really think about the idea of collaborating, it\u2019s getting in communication with others through their audiences, content, or business deals.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n It\u2019s such a powerful tool that rarely anyone takes action on, so if you\u2019re a business owner, collaborate.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Collaborate with as many people as soon as possible and open the door to new opportunities for yourself, it\u2019ll be inevitable.<\/span><\/p>\n Earlier we talked about surrounding yourself with stars and how valuable they are, especially to a business owner.<\/span><\/p>\n Normal businesses interview, hire, employ, and then people either quit, get let go, or stay for the paycheck.<\/span><\/p>\n But every once in a while you find yourself someone that goes above and beyond.<\/span><\/p>\n If anyone has one of these, this is the part where you turn them into a star\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n Make sure your star employees are winning! Give them equal exchange for their performance and incentivize them to do more of it!<\/span><\/p>\n Success 101: If you have a statistic performing very well, you find out how it\u2019s increasing and continue doing that.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n The same goes for a star employee in your business; if they\u2019re performing very well, find out how, and make sure they\u2019re incentivized to increase that.<\/span><\/p>\n If you want rapid growth, it all starts with your team because they\u2019re the ones with boots on the ground creating the stats for your organization.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n So why not come up with a system to increase your chances of consistent growth?<\/span><\/p>\n All this and more I took away from Grant Cardone\u2019s Unbreakable Business Mastermind, so if you\u2019d like to know more about what I learned, check out this <\/span>YouTube video<\/span><\/a> I took to share with you.<\/span><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]\u00a0<\/h2>\n
