Es la base de cualquier estrategia de marketing en redes sociales que tenga \u00e9xito, la base sobre la que descansa todo lo dem\u00e1s y de la que se deriva todo lo dem\u00e1s: La calidad del contenido.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando imparto seminarios, esta es la principal pregunta que hago a los que intentan hacerlo, para hacer crecer o hacer crecer su negocio o marca: \u00bfC\u00f3mo est\u00e1s cambiando el mundo a trav\u00e9s de tu marca o servicio? Y, no, no estoy hablando de llevar la paz a Oriente Medio.<\/p>\n<p>Hablo de proporcionar el servicio, el producto o la informaci\u00f3n que la gente busca. Ya sea el mejor coche, el mejor l\u00e1piz o la mejor canci\u00f3n, o simplemente algo que sea valioso para un peque\u00f1o nicho, de cualquier manera debe ayudar a alguien o acabar\u00e1 en el estante del 70% de descuento. Ya lo sabes. Se queda sin vigilancia en la calle, fuera de la tienda. Porque a nadie le importa si alguien lo roba o no. Porque nadie lo quiere.<\/p>\n<p>No todo el mundo quiere o\u00edr eso, lo s\u00e9. Algunas personas s\u00f3lo quieren apresurarse, y eso est\u00e1 bien. Pero si realmente quieres tener \u00e9xito, escuchar\u00e1s. Porque lo que estoy diciendo es cierto.<\/p>\n<p>Entonces, \u00bfqu\u00e9 tiene que ver esto con el contenido? Bueno, en esta era de las redes sociales, \u00bfc\u00f3mo nos enteramos de algo, especialmente si no lo estamos buscando? Navegamos por Internet, por videos y blogs o por productos. Miramos las rese\u00f1as, vemos los \"how-tos\", escuchamos a los podcasters o nos ponemos al d\u00eda sobre el mundo de nuestra celebridad favorita.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 tienen en com\u00fan estas cosas? Son ejemplos de contenido de calidad. Sabemos que son de calidad. Por eso acudimos a ellos.<\/p>\n<p>Esa celeb que nos encanta siempre nos dice qu\u00e9 ponernos para que se adapte a nuestro cuerpo y nos haga sentir sexy (y muestra c\u00f3mo lo hace, siempre con unos vaqueros X). El chico de los \"how-to\" nos ense\u00f1a c\u00f3mo cambiar las buj\u00edas de nuestra moto y cientos de cosas m\u00e1s (y ahora que confiamos y nos gusta lanza su propia marca de ropa o herramientas para moteros).<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 tienen en com\u00fan estas cosas? Son ejemplos de contenido de calidad. Sabemos que son de calidad. Por eso acudimos a ellos.<\/p>\n<p>Puede haber un mill\u00f3n de personas m\u00e1s vendiendo productos similares a los tuyos. Pero la forma en que te diferenciar\u00e1s y te elevar\u00e1s por encima de los dem\u00e1s es, y siempre ser\u00e1, aportando valor primero.<\/p>\n<p>Hay tanto contenido que se ofrece en el mundo hoy en d\u00eda que si no te pones en modo de generaci\u00f3n de contenidos (im\u00e1genes, videos, art\u00edculos, freebies, podcasts), es probable que acabes estando a la sombra de tu competidor.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora puede decir: \"Pero mi empresa, mi marca... no es SEXY. El contenido no me sirve\".<\/p>\n<p>Quiero que te replantees eso. El contenido es c\u00f3mo expones tu marca, c\u00f3mo creas el efecto Coca-Cola. El contenido es la forma de convertir a la gente en clientes habituales. El contenido es c\u00f3mo te conviertes en \"Pampers\" en lugar de pa\u00f1ales, Kleenex en lugar de pa\u00f1uelos. As\u00ed que si quieres ser grande, ser\u00e1 mejor que descubras c\u00f3mo ser sexy, de alguna manera.<\/p>\n<p>Ponerte ah\u00ed fuera, donde los dem\u00e1s puedan verte, proporcion\u00e1ndoles algo de valor, ya sea entretenimiento o informaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica, es el camino a seguir. Por eso te recordar\u00e1n, volver\u00e1n a ti, confiar\u00e1n en ti. Por eso le comprar\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>Si est\u00e1s convencido de que el contenido no es para ti, porque simplemente no podr\u00edas hacerlo, entonces quiero que eches un vistazo a este ejemplo de una l\u00ednea de productos muy poco sexy - COLCHONES:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/LifeOnPurple\/\">https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/LifeOnPurple\/<\/a>\u00a0Estos chicos lo tienen claro. No digo que tengas que ser como ellos, pero te da que pensar.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00edralos, analiza lo que hicieron. Mira las primeras publicaciones en las redes sociales que hicieron, lo que funcion\u00f3 y lo que no. F\u00edjate en qu\u00e9 y c\u00f3mo proporcionaron a quienes les observaban, tanto en la calidad del producto como en la calidad del contenido.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora mira tu marca y empieza a pensar. \u00bfQu\u00e9 tipo de contenido puedes producir que ayude a alguien, que le haga volver por m\u00e1s? Quiz\u00e1 sea entretenido o quiz\u00e1 sea educativo.<\/p>\n<p>Encu\u00e9ntralo. Cr\u00e9alo.
