Your most dangerous employee may also be one of your best employees.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Now, on one hand, it’s wonderful to have these dedicated and talented employees, but here’s the problem\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n What happens if they’re suddenly out sick?<\/span><\/p>\n What happens when they go on vacation?<\/span><\/p>\n What happens if they find a different opportunity and leave you altogether?<\/span><\/p>\n Does your business fall apart?<\/span><\/p>\n It can be scary to think about, but you have to face this reality.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n If your business, or part of your business, would be disrupted by the actions of one employee, you’re in a dangerous position.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Because you’ve got a “person-based” organizational structure. This means you rely on a person to be able to do this specific job, and if they were to disappear, you’d be sunk.<\/span><\/p>\n So, what’s the answer?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n You need a system!<\/span><\/p>\n A system that can be operated by new or different people within days, not weeks, if needed.<\/span><\/p>\n I know that creating and implementing systems is one of the biggest shifts I’ve been implementing over the last couple of years with my companies and it’s really helped us get more done.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n And when we get more done, it means we help more people.<\/span><\/p>\n And when we help more people, there’s more goodwill created.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n And when there’s more goodwill created, money and opportunity always seem to follow closely behind.<\/span><\/p>\n With that in mind\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n Here are a couple of questions to ponder if you want to create a system in your business\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n 1) What specific task or tasks, if not done, would make my business crumble?<\/span><\/p>\n 2) How can I create a system that would allow anyone to do this task?<\/span><\/p>\n 3) How can I document and communicate this system to someone else?<\/span><\/p>\n 4) How can I test this system to make sure it works?<\/span><\/p>\n 5) How can I tweak this system to work at its best?<\/span><\/p>\n 6) Who is responsible for maintaining this system?<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n And again, there’s nothing wrong with this behavior; it’s actually encouraged!<\/span><\/p>\n The problem isn’t with them. It’s the business that doesn’t have the proper systems to pick up the pieces when they take a leave of absence, leaving them vulnerable.<\/span><\/p>\n If you want to protect your business (and your sanity), start building systems that can be run by anyone at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n So next time you see one of your “dangerous” employees, ask yourself what the damage would be if they suddenly vanished. <\/span>People see things evolving RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR EYES. They see OPPORTUNITIES develop...all WITHOUT actually truly \u201c<\/span>SEEING<\/span><\/i>\u201d them. They WATCH them happen, but they don\u2019t DO ANYTHING about them. I\u2019m talking about 99% of the population. <\/span>

<\/span>Then...When it becomes \u201cTOO LATE IN THE GAME\u201d they say to others \u2014 and to themselves: <\/span>

<\/span>\u201cRemember when YouTube was so easy? Remember when anyone could post a video in 2006 and get a million views in a month? Remember when you could easily grow subscribers? Man! How I wish I was part of that era. Too bad I didn\u2019t catch it in time\u201d. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/i>

<\/span>Ok, the example that I just gave above represents the 99%. The remaining 1% of the population \u2014 THEY are the ones who see OPPORTUNITIES in this modern communications era and they JUMP ALL OVER THEM. And THOSE are the ones who go on to reap untold fortunes and success as a result of it. (Have you ever heard the saying that \u201cSuccess Loves Speed\u201d? Instagram TV specifically, has become what YouTube was just 13 years ago: A virgin platform with MASSIVE ATTENTION, which we can all utilize to drive abundant traffic to our businesses, products and services \u2014 No matter WHAT these are. \u00a0<\/span>

<\/span>I\u2019ve been talking about this since June of last year, and I told everyone to take it seriously. I was right. Facebook invested heavily in the platform in their attempt to steal large amounts of traffic from YouTube, \u00a0just like they did to Snapchat with Instagram stories and Facebook stories. And they are WINNING. \ud83c\udfc6 <\/span>

<\/span>If you already have an existing following on Instagram, you can currently create videos up to 60 minutes in length and upload them on IGTV (with links, descriptions and thumbnails) and Instagram will send ENORMOUS amount of organic traffic to it. I\u2019m talking about 40% plus organic traffic not seen since the days of 2010 Facebook pages (IMPORTANT Note: you must toggle the button that says \u201cProvide preview on Instagram\u201d. Otherwise you will not get this reach). \u00a0<\/span>

<\/span>You can upload videos up to 10 minutes in length directly through your mobile, and up to 60 minutes in length through a computer on the actual Instagram website. <\/span>
<\/span>
<\/span>If you currently DO NOT have a following yet, You MUST \u00a0focus on building a following on Instagram as a first step and the way you currently do this is by driving people to your profile on Instagram. As you grow this, your reach across Instagram TV videos will explode. \u00a0<\/span>
