<\/span><\/p>\n And all good coaches & leaders have certain things in common, so with that in mind, here\u2019s 7 qualities of a business leader every entrepreneur should know.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Whether it\u2019s financial stats or production stats, a good business leader always knows what big picture goals need to get done and if they don\u2019t they quickly find out.<\/span><\/p>\n The game of business is more than just looking at revenue coming in and out.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n There are actually specific things that make your money come in that you need to strengthen.<\/span><\/p>\n For example, if one you see more revenue coming in this quarter you don\u2019t say \u201cThat\u2019s great!\u201d you say, \u201cThat\u2019s great, where did it come from?\u201d and follow the breadcrumbs to strengthen that source.<\/span><\/p>\n The game of business is looking at your metrics that move your results and strengthening them, but when you can\u2019t do that, the game of business plays you.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n But the trick isn\u2019t just to communicate with them, but to effectively communicate with them.<\/span><\/p>\n The difference between the two is that effectively communicating lets you make sure everyone understands what is needed and wanted while not creating any fear.<\/span><\/p>\n Threatening people\u2019s jobs or making it seem like they will lose it if something isn\u2019t done right creates fear.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n When you start using your power as a business owner to create a negative effect on your employees that\u2019s not effectively communicating, it\u2019s actually the opposite.<\/span><\/p>\n If you as a business owner want something specific to happen in your business, be specific and communicate it with understanding so everyone is on the same page, generality will only create confusion.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n A business leader will always take the time to be continuously learning whether it\u2019s a book, course, mastermind group or seminars.<\/span><\/p>\n When we learn we grow, obviously, but another way to look at it is increasing what I like to call your \u201csuperpower\u201d AKA your ability to help others.<\/span><\/p>\n Even experts continue to learn\u2013news flash, that\u2019s how they remain experts!<\/span><\/p>\n So whether you want to master a new skill, learn more about business, customer retention, employment perks or maximizing revenue in your business, there are always ways to continuously learn these things in the world.<\/span><\/p>\n The best way for you to set a good example for your employees is to demonstrate how you\u2019re always continuously learning and inspire them to do the same.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n This could be completing a project, delivering on a promise, or ensuring that quotas are met.<\/span><\/p>\n Leaders who follow through send a clear message to their team that they are committed to seeing things through to the end.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n This helps create a stronger relationship and confidence with the team by letting everyone know that together they are getting things done.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Following through also sets an example to the team so when a leader commits, they are also inspiring their organization to strive for more.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Listening doesn\u2019t mean lowering your position in the company or succumbing to someone else’s wishes, it means just that; The best business leaders in history have always had a passion for their product or service and believed in what they were doing, meaning they knew it helped others.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>It\u2019s crazy how most people operate. Let me explain. <\/span>
<\/span>
<\/span>People see things evolving RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR EYES. They see OPPORTUNITIES develop...all WITHOUT actually truly \u201c<\/span>SEEING<\/span><\/i>\u201d them. They WATCH them happen, but they don\u2019t DO ANYTHING about them. I\u2019m talking about 99% of the population. <\/span>
<\/span>
<\/span>Then...When it becomes \u201cTOO LATE IN THE GAME\u201d they say to others \u2014 and to themselves: <\/span>

<\/span>\u201cRemember when YouTube was so easy? Remember when anyone could post a video in 2006 and get a million views in a month? Remember when you could easily grow subscribers? Man! How I wish I was part of that era. Too bad I didn\u2019t catch it in time\u201d. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/i>

<\/span>Ok, the example that I just gave above represents the 99%. The remaining 1% of the population \u2014 THEY are the ones who see OPPORTUNITIES in this modern communications era and they JUMP ALL OVER THEM. And THOSE are the ones who go on to reap untold fortunes and success as a result of it. (Have you ever heard the saying that \u201cSuccess Loves Speed\u201d? Instagram TV specifically, has become what YouTube was just 13 years ago: A virgin platform with MASSIVE ATTENTION, which we can all utilize to drive abundant traffic to our businesses, products and services \u2014 No matter WHAT these are. \u00a0<\/span>

<\/span>I\u2019ve been talking about this since June of last year, and I told everyone to take it seriously. I was right. Facebook invested heavily in the platform in their attempt to steal large amounts of traffic from YouTube, \u00a0just like they did to Snapchat with Instagram stories and Facebook stories. And they are WINNING. \ud83c\udfc6 <\/span>
<\/span>
<\/span>If you already have an existing following on Instagram, you can currently create videos up to 60 minutes in length and upload them on IGTV (with links, descriptions and thumbnails) and Instagram will send ENORMOUS amount of organic traffic to it. I\u2019m talking about 40% plus organic traffic not seen since the days of 2010 Facebook pages (IMPORTANT Note: you must toggle the button that says \u201cProvide preview on Instagram\u201d. Otherwise you will not get this reach). \u00a0<\/span>
<\/span>
<\/span>You can upload videos up to 10 minutes in length directly through your mobile, and up to 60 minutes in length through a computer on the actual Instagram website. <\/span>
<\/span>
<\/span>If you currently DO NOT have a following yet, You MUST \u00a0focus on building a following on Instagram as a first step and the way you currently do this is by driving people to your profile on Instagram. As you grow this, your reach across Instagram TV videos will explode. \u00a0<\/span>

<\/span>As with all worthwhile endeavors, It\u2019s a process. And you have to go through it. <\/span>
