Manuel says that Facebook is the actual current dominating marketing platform&#8230; and I tried it. I pressed that <strong>BOOST<\/strong> button and I didn\u2019t see any result.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3688\" src=\"https:\/\/agmagency.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/boost-post.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"662\" height=\"385\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Well\u2026 The reality is that <strong>Facebook ads is a platform to build <em>relationships<\/em>.<\/strong> It\u2019s NOT a platform to just immediately begin selling stuff. It ISN&#8217;T a platform to generate ROI (Return On Investment). It\u2019s a platform that you can WISELY utilize, in which you can put yourself and your brand in front of people&#8230; over and over&#8230;and over again. (Remember, <em>repetition causes recognition<\/em>.) You can use graphic images, you can do a video, you do an article, you do a Facebook live, you do Instagram stories, also do Facebook stories, you do some advertising here and there and you put some money behind it, using (IDEALLY) the Facebook Business Manager, so that you can actually really experience and be able to attest to the\u00a0 TRUE POWER of Facebook and what it really is. Without it, you only really accomplish about 5% of what you can actually accomplish if you were to actually learn and utilize the Facebook Business Manager, and make it a part of your team, the team that works towards ultimately making\u00a0 your dream work.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3689\" src=\"https:\/\/agmagency.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/all-hands.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"675\" height=\"392\" \/><\/p>\n<p>So on Facebook, there is a thing called the \u201ccustomer journey\u201d, and I have written several pieces of content\u00a0 about this. I\u00a0 have a lot of documentation on this as well, and I talk about it a lot in my courses. Essentially, You have to build relationships and put people through this \u201ccustomer journey\u201d. This journey is composed of several levels. On the very first level, <em>people don\u2019t even know who you are<\/em>. It\u2019s a complete unawareness of who your business is and who your brand is.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3690\" src=\"https:\/\/agmagency.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/many-customers.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"667\" height=\"334\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You have to reach them with some kind of content that provides value to them. You\u2019ve got to think and ask yourself: \u201cWhat Is my content all about? What can I <em>teach<\/em>, and what can I show to the world?&#8221; Don\u2019t EVER think that\u00a0 you don\u2019t have any content to share, or that you don\u2019t have anything that you can use to make the world a better place. I\u2019ve got news for you. If you don&#8217;t have anything of value to offer to the public, <em>You don\u2019t have a business<\/em>. In reality, business is something that should always (ideally) be used to improve the lives of others. If you have a toy store, an accounting business, a real estate business, Or if you sell stuff on Amazon, if you have a brand online, or if you have a service business, no matter <strong>What<\/strong> it is, your business can improves the lives of other individuals. So, in reality, you have to figure out what content your business has that can be used for that initial point of contact.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3691\" src=\"https:\/\/agmagency.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/entertain-inspire.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"568\" height=\"568\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Now, in business there are basically three ways in which you can provide education, value, and inspiration, right?And you&#8217;ve most likely heard me say this before:<\/p>\n<p>You either <em>educate, inspire,<\/em> or you <em>entertain<\/em>. There are people out there and ALL that they do is to <strong><em>entertain<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 actors, artists, comedians, singers, dancers, etc.\u00a0 \u2013 they have <strong>millions<\/strong> of people in their audiences and they have very successful businesses. What they do is <strong>entertain &#8212; <\/strong>and they&#8217;ve become proficient at this art of entertaining.<\/p>\n<p>Some people <strong>educate<\/strong>. I educate on Facebook marketing. My dad also educates, in his field of expertise, which is about health and metabolism. Dr. Eric Berg, he educates specifically on health and the ketogenic diet. These guys <strong><em>REALLY and TRULY<\/em><\/strong> educate. We can build businesses from that education which now can be turned around and used\u00a0 to eventually SELL people from it.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3692\" src=\"https:\/\/agmagency.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/bulb.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"683\" height=\"474\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And then of course, You can also <strong>inspire<\/strong> people. There are people like Gary Vaynerchuk who inspire people every single day. He has a flood of business coming his way, <strong><em>actively,<\/em><\/strong> through the inspiration that he provides. He doesn\u2019t ever really <strong>teach<\/strong> you exactly how to run Facebook ads as I do&#8230; but he inspires people to be better and do better and to wake up to this era of opportunity that produces business.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-3255\" src=\"https:\/\/agmagency.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/alarm-clock.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"684\" height=\"457\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Whatever it is, you have to somehow figure out how are you going to provide that<\/p>\n<p>value to the world. And, that is your first point of contact.<\/p>\n<p>So, I am about to provide you with some tips when it comes to building relationships on social media in 2019\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Here are a few ways that social media can help you to build and sustain relationships with your audience throughout their customer journey.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Boost Awareness<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The first phase of the marketing funnel is about generating awareness among as many people as possible. As potential customers become familiar with your business, there\u2019s a better chance they\u2019ll think about you when they\u2019re in need of the products or services you provide.<\/p>\n<p>Spread the word about your business by sharing links to your website on Facebook, Instagram and anywhere else your potential customers might be \u2014 and encouraging your followers to do the same. A successful action I&#8217;ve done with this is by creating and publishing organic Facebook and Instagram posts, and meeting my public where they are &#8220;at&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Create custom Facebook and Instagram ads<\/strong> \u2014 targeting audiences based on demographics, location, or interests \u2014 to tell YOUR unique story, familiarize people with your brand, and drive more traffic to your site. Then, use Facebook Business Manager&#8217;s lookalike audience finder to target people who are similar to your existing contacts or top-performing segments and get your ads in front of them, too.<\/p>\n<p>Now, I don&#8217;t want to get ahead of myself here, because even though I know that many of you have been following my content for a long time, I realize that there are still others who are new to my channels, so I want to deliver all of this on a gradient, so I will continue this content with a part 2 &#8212; and even a part 3, if necessary.
