We are in search of a skilled Company Trainer<\/b> capable of training new hires, existing employees, and maintaining the accessibility of all training courses.<\/p>\n

Objectives:

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u25cf Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u25cf Collaborate with management to identify training needs, schedule training sessions, and provide follow-up
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u25cf Facilitate onboarding for new hires
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u25cf Stay up-to-date with training methods and industry trends
